How it works
- Send us a message describing the device, the fault, and your timeline. We'll come back with a trade price and turnaround time.
- Drop the device off at the Banks workshop, or post it if you're further out. We're happy to meet at a convenient midpoint if you're in Liverpool, Preston, or south Manchester and do it regularly.
- We work it up properly — same standards as our customer-facing work, full diagnosis, proper repair, tested before handing back.
- Pickup or return post. Your customer collects from your shop, not ours. Your reputation, our bench work.
Trade pricing
Trade prices are meaningfully lower than our retail pricing — we assume you're adding your own margin for the customer relationship, which is fair. Exact numbers depend on the job; get in touch and we'll send a price list.
We don't require a minimum volume. A one-off difficult iPad every couple of months is fine. A regular stream is welcome. Either way the pricing is the same.
